A health services network in Ocean County, NJ is actively seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician to join its team in Lakewood.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday standard business hours
- Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-placement physical examinations and return-to-work clearances
- Order and interpret diagnostic X-rays and laboratory results
- Perform initial and follow-up assessments for work-related injuries
- Administer medical surveillance and exposure treatments
- Conduct health screenings, substance testing (for cause), and fit-for-duty evaluations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) or NJ Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine
- Valid CDS and DEA registrations
Desired Skills:
- DOT certification
- MRO certification
