Shore Outpatient Surgicenter is hiring a Sterile Processing Tech.
Welcome to Shore Outpatient Surgicenter. We focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for your surgical procedure. Our facility is accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments. Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience
- Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred
- Experience with all types of sterilizers
- Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed
$23.00/hr - $28.00/hr. (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
