Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Children’s Specialized ABA is part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence. We serve children with ASD by combining clinical innovation, whole‑child care, and personalized therapy.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in‑home or clinic‑based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools such as Central Reach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 20 miles.
• RBT certification preferred but not required – we provide paid training and exam coverage.
• Prior experience working with children; ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically capable of performing duties such as kneeling, bending and lifting up to 40 lbs.

This position provides in‑home services within ~20 miles of the employee’s residence. Travel between clients is covered. Premium pay is paid for sessions after 5 PM and for drive time. Weekly BCBA supervision is included.

Shift hours: 3 PM–8 PM, minimum 4 days per week. Expected 15–25 hours per week.

Hourly rate $25–$40 per hour. Final compensation depends on skills, education, experience, certification, market conditions and internal equity.
