Pay Range$22.50 – $23.00 per hour (bi‑weekly pay cycle). Pay is based on skill and experience.
Responsibilities- Administer routine medications following state guidelines.
- Provide personal care, support, and supervision to residents.
- Work under the direction of a nurse, director of nursing, or supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
- Current and valid CMA certification in New Jersey.
- Compassionate approach and understanding of the aging process.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and company policies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
