Help Children Succeed Through ABA Therapy

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA therapy agency providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs.

We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Lakewood, NJ and surrounding Ocean County communities. Many of the families we support speak both English and Spanish, so bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Whether you’re an experienced BT or just starting your career in ABA, we’ll provide hands‑on training, supportive BCBA supervision, and flexible scheduling so you can grow your skills while making a real difference.

• Behavior Technician (non‑RBT): $22–$25/hour
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $24–$28/hour
• Paid onboarding, shadowing, and ongoing training

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes or community settings
• Follow treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress
• Implement skill‑building and behavior‑reduction programs
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors in English and/or Spanish

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred
• RBT certification a plus (training provided if not certified)
• Reliable transportation within Ocean County
• Must pass state and federal background checks
• Compassionate, punctual, and professional demeanor
