$22.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Make an Impact with Imagination ABA Therapy! We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, Imagination ABA Therapy offers a supportive environment with room to grow. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus—but not required!

• Per diem work with flexible scheduling
• Opportunities to work close to home in New Jersey
• Hands-on training and supportive supervision

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour
• Paid training opportunities available

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
• RBT certification a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to pass background checks
