Overview
The EMR Optimization & Clinical Systems Manager is responsible for the overall performance, optimization, and operational effectiveness of CHEMED’s EMR systems. This role owns EMR workflows, configuration, training, and support processes, including oversight of EMR trainers and staff managing EMR-related tickets. The manager leads system optimization initiatives, upgrade planning and testing, and change management to improve provider efficiency, documentation quality, and user satisfaction, while serving as the primary liaison between clinical, operations, and IT teams for all EMR-related needs.
