IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager
Role
Executive leader responsible for Pharming's enterprise application strategy, governance, and performance to enable scalable growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance within a global biopharmaceutical context. Responsibilities: define and execute application roadmap, simplify and modernize application landscape, partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into application capabilities, oversee major projects, ensure compliance with GxP, cybersecurity, and data integrity standards, manage vendor relationships, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
15+ years in enterprise applications or IT leadership, ideally in biotech, healthcare, or life sciences; experience with ERP, CRM, HR platforms; strong knowledge of GxP, validation, and regulatory requirements; familiarity with SaaS/cloud, data enablement, and modernization; proven stakeholder influence and vendor management skills; bachelor's or master's in IT, science, or related field; relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, Agile).
focus on application landscape in regulated biopharma environment, supporting growth and compliance, with a hybrid work setup in Warren, NJ, and 10-20% international travel.
