* Position Overview:

** The Store Support role is a hands-on position responsible for assisting with dispatch, order accuracy, warehouse stock support, and general store support. Ideal candidates for this position are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries by helping with orders, loading and unloading of delivery cars.
* Properly group delivery routes according to maps to maintain consistent delivery times.
* Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanner
* Pull and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately.
* Assist with returns, restocking, and general warehouse organization.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow.
* Provide support across departments including dispatch, cashier, and loading operations when needed.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
** Requirements:
*** Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to read maps and understand delivery zones a plus or willingness to learn.
* Familiarity with warehouse scanning and dispatch equipment preferred.
* General knowledge of the delivery area is a plus.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Must be flexible with work schedule, including Saturdays.  Clarify every-other Saturday
* Must be able to consistently lift 40 pounds
