This area includes branches in Toms River, Lakewood, Bayville, Jackson, and Manahawkin NJ. Our Flagship Branch is located at 1141 NJ‑88, Lakewood, NJ 08701.

• Competitive Compensation – target $62,704 annually based on an hourly rate of $24.61, plus applicable overtime.

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and be the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales & customer service (commission sales, retail, hospitality, etc.) or leadership (military, athletics, community, social or academic organizations).
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid, unrestricted US driver’s license; ability to operate a motor vehicle essential.
• For first‑time drivers under 21 in NJ, completion of Graduated Driver License program required.
• Commuting distance no more than 1 hour to the location within 30 days of start date.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required now or later.
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
