• Maintain a zero‑incident safety culture and participate in all safety programs.
• Ensure consistent production excellence on wide or narrow cast extrusion film lines.
• Support the team to meet or exceed key performance metrics: safety, quality, productivity, service, and scrap.

• Operate extrusion film lines and rewind/slitting converting equipment after training.
• Prepare and set up machines for production, including blenders, work order review, and adjustments.
• Maintain product specifications by monitoring operations, inspecting film, and troubleshooting issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Keep work areas organized and clean, following housekeeping audits and safety protocols.
• Document and communicate production activities, irregularities, and continuing needs via logs.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across shifts.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred; film extrusion experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain focus on safety.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and results‑driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and respect in a dynamic production environment.

• Manufacturing environment requiring PPE, including safety glasses and steel‑toe shoes.
• Night shift schedule with occasional production variations.
• Hands‑on role supporting a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced setting.
