TRU WOMEN'S HEALTH is seeking passionate and empathetic Certified Nurse Midwives to join our highly regarded, independent, full scope midwifery and OB/GYN practice.
Join our team of board-certified OB/GYNs and Certified Nurse-Midwives. The ideal candidate will have a NJ license and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, ethics, professionalism, adaptability, and determination. A working knowledge of EMR/EHR is highly desired.
Position includes office hours in our 2 Lakewood offices as well as on-call time at both Jersey Shore University Medical Center's L&D unit, and our free-standing Birth Center.
Practice InformationTRU WOMEN'S HEALTH in Lakewood combines the holistic care of a midwifery center and the clinical expertise of a top-tier medical practice. We provide a full range of midwifery care, including low risk deliveries at the birth center as well as births at JSUMC for patients who prefer a hospital environment. The practice also focuses on well women and gyn care, and care during the prenatal and postpartum periods.
CompensationMinimum Starting rate of $130,000 Annually. Tru Women’s is committed to pay equity and transparency.
Qualifications- Education:
BSN, MSN, and graduation from a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME). - Certifications:
AMCB, NRP, BLS. - Experience:
>3 years.
