As an LPN, you will play a key role in supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs), assisting with training and orientations working alongside the Director of Nursing to provide exceptional care.

• Follow residents’ service plans and assist with medical needs
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well‑being
• Communicate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of residents’ status and care
• Provide one‑on‑one support and visits as needed
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including training and assignments

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Ability to respond to resident emergencies and arrange medical care as needed
