Suite Attendant

Position Title:

Suite Attendant (Part-Time Seasonal) at Shoretown Ballpark

Pay Range: $13.00 to $15.92

This seasonal, event-based role runs from April to September. It involves taking food and beverage orders and efficiently delivering items to suite and premium area guests.

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space; take food and beverages efficiently following established steps of service
• Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
• Assist with additional needs or requests and demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specialized diets, and allergens
• Communicate directly with back‑of‑house staff to ensure correct delivery and accommodate special requests
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and patience when interacting with guests and staff
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
• Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared
• Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to supervisor
• Ensure suite or premium space is properly set up before and after service, keeping area clean and meeting sanitation standards
• Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, chafers, inductions, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
• Collaborate with staff of other departments during special events and functions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit
