Pay Information
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr.
Sales bonuses will be awarded based on achieving agreed‑upon OKR targets.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute a high‑growth sales strategy for Atlas, focusing on district‑level education sales.
- Oversee outbound and inbound sales activities, targeting key educational markets.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure growth in key sectors.
- Collaborate with internal sales, support and marketing teams to design campaigns that enhance pipeline growth.
- Mentor junior sales team members to foster professional growth.
- Conduct in‑person and virtual software demonstrations for school districts, addressing district‑level needs.
- Leverage understanding of curriculum processes to recommend tailored solutions, including platform use and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key district decision‑makers.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to ensure a clear view of the sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about industry trends, educational changes and curriculum best practices.
- Contribute to the broader mission of Atlas and Faria Education Group by working closely with other teams.
- Achieve sales goals and deliver outcomes in line with agreed‑upon timelines.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with both new and existing customers.
- Ability to establish credibility and trust through consultative conversations.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in district sales, with preference for SaaS and education technology experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work across different time zones.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel (up to 40% of time).
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- U.S. driver's license.
- Competitive annual salary ($90,000–$120,000) plus sales bonuses based on OKRs.
