Retail Sales Associate

New Year, New Job – Jumpstart Your Sales Career with Culinary Depot! Culinary Depot is hiring a sales-driven Retail Sales Associate for our Lakewood store
. This is not a passive retail role. The primary focus is outbound calling, prospecting, and converting leads into sales
. If you have real sales experience and love the thrill of closing deals, this is the role for you.

Big plus: Spanish-speaking.

• Make outbound calls to past customers, warm leads, and prospects
• Prospect new business via phone outreach
• Handle inbound store calls and convert them into sales
• Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and abandoned opportunities
• Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Drive repeat and incremental business through consistent follow-up
• Log activity and notes in internal systems
• Support in-store operations as needed

• Prior sales experience required (inside sales, retail sales, or outbound sales)
• Proven experience with cold calling and prospecting
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection
• Clear, confident phone presence
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred
• Reliable, professional, and organized
