Security Credential Support Specialist

Securitas is seeking a Security Credential Support Specialist to join our team at our Freehold, NJ facility. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized, and customer‑focused, with the ability to manage multiple credentialing systems and maintain high standards of data accuracy and security.

This position is responsible for the management, printing, programming, and distribution of building photo IDs and access cards for employees, vendors, and contractors across the U.S.

• Operate within an on‑site office environment at the Freehold, NJ facility.
• Process and fulfill security credential requests using multiple database systems including:
  • Security Credential Center Request Database (web portal)
  • Smartsheet
  • GNI‑PDC web portal
• Retrieve, review, and manage cardholder photos and data for .
• Utilize the Badge Management System to:
  • Search and create records
  • Upload, crop, and format photos
  • Issue photo  building access cards
• Ensure all credentials are produced with a high level of quality control and accuracy.
• Follow provided guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, practices, and security protocols.
• Work within the C
• Cure access control system to manage access permissions as needed.

• Previous experience in security credentialing, access control, or  production preferred.
• Proficient in data entry and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

• Must be able to work the scheduled shift:
  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• 18 years of age
• High School Diploma (minimum requirement)
• Reliable transportation

Pay rate: $19.00 an hour
