Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

South Pole Heating and Cooling is looking for an experienced technician to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician Based in Lakewood, NJ. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, performing routine maintenance, conducting repairs, and ensuring systems operate efficiently. The role involves preventive maintenance and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. Delivering top-tier customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently
• Knowledge and skills in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Familiarity with EPA regulations and compliance
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Certifications in HVAC systems or EPA certification (highly preferred)
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in HVAC maintenance or a related field is a plus
