We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing processing, mixing, and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and experience working with industrial production machinery.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective repairs.
• Maintain and service automated and semi-automated production systems used in chemical manufacturing.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawings.
• Support production teams by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work documentation.
• Follow all plant safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience working with pneumatic systems, cylinders, and controls.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, plumbing, or pipe fitting is highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Windows applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and elevated platforms safely.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery.
