We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Unique opportunity for a talented individual to be part of a great team with exciting projects and great clients. Strengths could include project management, client relationships, design, strong construction detailing knowledge. Project types include mixed use development and master planning, hospitality, workplace, churches, schools, residential.
The majority of the work is focused on providing design guidance for visionary clients.
$80,000.00/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Lead architectural design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scheduling and budgeting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create cohesive designs using tools such as CAD, Sketchup, and 3ds Max.
- Utilize Grasshopper for parametric design solutions and Navis Works for project coordination and clash detection.
- Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate cost assessments.
- Engage in business development activities to foster client relationships and identify new project opportunities.
- Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance on design principles and project execution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an architect is required.
- Extensive experience in project management and scheduling within the architectural field.
- Proficiency in architectural software including CAD, Sketchup, Grasshopper, 3ds Max, and Navis Works.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
