Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part‑time) – Lakewood, OH 44107

Hallmark Card’s Field Merchandiser role is a part‑time position that focuses on showcasing the brand in local retail stores. The role requires independent work, strong organization, and the ability to develop and maintain retailer relationships.

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to present Hallmark products in various retail environments—including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The position blends service work in the Hallmark department with seasonal resets and installations across assigned locations.

• Hourly pay: $13.00‑$15.00, based on skills and experience.
• Annual pay increases for eligible employees.
• Part‑time, variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours: 12‑14.
• Availability required in the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory using a mobile device. Communicate with supervisors, report time, submit feedback, and answer required surveys.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May work on the holiday itself.
• Department resets: install Hallmark fixtures, relocate card departments, and reset sections two weeks in advance; may involve evenings or weekends.
• Collaborate with the Hallmark field organization to support teammates as needed.

This is a physically demanding job that requires lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 lbs during the workday and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and occasionally climbing stairs or step ladders are required.

• Minimum age 18.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
