Position: Roofing Sales Representative – Full-Time & Part-Time

BCR has been in business since 2009 and is the largest Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor in the U.S. In 2023 alone, our sales system drove over $250M in roofing sales.

What We Offer
  • Uncapped commissions – the harder you work, the more you make.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate leads through direct homeowner engagement.
  • Conduct roof inspections (we train you; drones available for steep roofs).
  • Present solutions to homeowners and walk them through the process.
  • Enter activity & results in our CRM.
  • Follow our BCR 101 system every day — it works if you do.
What We’re Looking For
  • Work ethic above all else – if you’re lazy, this isn’t the place for you.
  • Hungry, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented.
  • Strong communication skills (no fear of knocking on a door or making a call).
  • Comfortable working outdoors and face‑to‑face with customers.
  • Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license.
  • Smartphone with camera and apps.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule
  • Full‑Time: 40+ hours/week; top reps focus 3–7 pm weekdays + Saturdays.
  • Part‑Time: 15–25 hours/week; flexible, but evenings/Saturdays are best for success. Only required in‑office:
    Friday mornings.
Bottom Line

This is not easy money. You’ll have to work hard, stay consistent, and follow the system. But if you do, the income potential and career growth are unlimited.
