- Lead a crew of 2–3 painters on residential and commercial projects
- Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, Project Coordinators, and Supervisor
- Perform ongoing quality checks and walk-throughs to ensure high standards
- Order sundries and supplies to keep the crew working efficiently
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and aligned with project expectations
- Set the tone for your crew by modeling our values, work ethic, and commitment to excellence
- Previous residential/commercial painting experience (2 years preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small team (typically 2–5 painters/apprentices).
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, paint application methods, tools, and equipment.
- Commitment to safety protocols and ability to enforce company safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with team members, customers, and supervisors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet daily/weekly production goals.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Customer service skills and professionalism when interacting with homeowners.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
