Gentle Dental is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Lakewood, Washington . This opportunity offers a three-day workweek, a strong patient flow, and access to an experienced clinical support network—making it an excellent fit for both early-career dentists and experienced providers looking for a flexible schedule.

A consistent flow of restorative and hygiene patients provides exposure to a broad range of treatments, helping you strengthen diagnostic skills, develop clinical efficiency, and gain valuable real-world experience.

Part-time schedule of 3 days per week

Strong restorative and hygiene patient flow

In-house network of Board Eligible and Board Certified specialists to support specialty needs

Predominantly PPO patient base

Compensation based on a percentage of production and experience

Guaranteed compensation during the first 60 days

Full-time equivalent dentists can expect to earn between $150,000 and $400,000 annually. Actual compensation for this part-time position will vary based on schedule, experience, and production.
