The Field Service Advisor is responsible for dispatching field technicians to service calls and planned maintenance, accurately invoicing completed work, and estimating additional repairs needed. The Field Service Advisor plays a crucial role: aligning excellent customer service and dispatch abilities with our customers' need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally and externally facing, and requires a high level of customer service and communication skills.

- Conducting follow up with customers and technicians on pending jobs and finding solutions to move forward.

- Ability to read and comprehend technician service order write ups.
- Ability to transfer basic understanding and knowledge about mechanical systems between different types of equipment.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision-making ability.
- Ability to thoroughly document customer concerns and service order updates.
- Ability to effectively utilize company computer, email, and IP phone system.
- Ability to take rotating on call shift (phone only) for emergency dispatch of established customers.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to lift minimum of 10 pounds occasionally.
- Wear required personal protective equipment as required.
- Sit for multiple hours at a time.

Schedule - Full time Position- Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm
Pay range: $22/hr to $27/hr based on relevant experience, plus monthly bonuses.
