Join Maverick Gaming as a Casino Security Specialist in our Macau, Chips, and Palace casino locations in Lakewood.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

• Provide great service and build relationships with customers, greeting guests upon arrival and thanking them on exit.
• Prepare for and respond to incidents on property premises, following established policies and procedures.
• Patrol facility and protect assets.
• Assist table games and cage with gaming chip fills according to policy.
• Document and write reports on all incidents.
• Respond to emergencies using safety procedures.
• Participate in team member and customer escort duties as needed.
• Perform cleanliness duties in and around buildings, including bathrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Military or law enforcement background preferred.
• 2-3 years of security experience preferred.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid and/or EMT preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Washington State Gaming License.

• Ability to read and comprehend all documentation.
• Effective communication at all times with all levels of employees and guests.
