Greater Lakes Mental Health is a key component of Multi Care’s Behavioral Health Network, providing mental health and substance use disorder treatment for over 10,000 individuals annually across Pierce County. Providing services for adults, children, and families with Medicaid coverage, Greater Lakes offers 6 convenient mental health care locations including a 16-bed inpatient facility covering medically necessary voluntary and involuntary services to adults.

Multi Care Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving and well-supported behavioral health team. This role will primarily support the Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program, delivering field-based care to adults (ages 18–59) facing serious behavioral health and substance use challenges.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team providing life-changing psychiatric services throughout Pierce County and the South Puget Sound region. Our mission is to restore hope and help individuals achieve their personal goals through accessible, high-quality care. The HOST program uses a multidisciplinary approach to bring vital services—including psychiatric, substance use, rehabilitative, medical, and peer support—directly to people experiencing homelessness or unstable housing.

Multi Care Health System Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced mental health Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice. Our team provides high quality psychiatric services. This is an opportunity to be fully engaged with patient care and join a close knit, collegial and supportive team of providers.

• Certified psychiatric ARNP or D-ARNP
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• Minimum 1-3 years clinical experience providing direct patient care
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Maintain a valid Washington State Motor Vehicle License

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
