ABOUTTHE ROLE
As our Lakewood Home Care Supervisor, your days are a beautiful blend of organization, empathy, and teamwork. You’re the master of schedules, ensuring that our clients receive the care they deserve precisely when they need it. You thrive in creating a supportive environment for our caregivers, empowering them to provide exceptional care with compassion and dignity.
Minimum Requirements- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to pass criminal history and reference checks
- Some college
- Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
This is a full‑time role based in the vibrant city of Lakewood, WA.
Typical schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
