We are looking for Patient Services Representative(s) to join our clinics. The responsibilities include:

• Providing customer service to patients regarding their accounts, including setting up payment plans and answering questions concerning bills.
• Ensuring billing information is accurate in the system.
• Processing referrals to specialty care, dieticians, radiology exams, community resources, and contacting patients to make appointments.
• Ensuring copays and deductibles are adjusted based on the patient’s sliding fee level and reviewing sliding fee paperwork for completeness, documenting it correctly in electronic health record (E.H.R) and practice management (E.P.M) systems.
• Answering billing questions from staff, vendors, and patients.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma plus 1 year experience in a medical front office or a combination of relevant experience and education.
• Encouraged to apply for anyone with a relevant combination of education and experience.
