This position is located in the Lakewood, WA area with our flagship store at 9816 South Tacoma Way, Lakewood, WA 98499. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and you will engage with the community to build relationships essential to growing your own business. You’ll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a customer-first mindset. Our culture emphasizes friendly competition and growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must have 6 months of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in any of the following areas:
    • Sales: commission sales or sales with goals and/or bonuses
    • Customer Service: retail, serving/restaurant, hospitality, or call center
    • Leadership: management, military, athletics/team activities, clubs, organizations, or community involvement
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
