Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in a variety of settings. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and make a difference in the lives of our patients.

• Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Other duties as assigned

• Current LPN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Newly Licensed welcome!
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills

• Day – 06:30 to 15:00 (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM)
• Evening/Swing – 14:30 to 23:00 (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)
• Night – 22:30 to 07:00 (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM)

• $2.50/hr for swing and night shift
