As a Private Duty RN/LPN, you will be the face of Avail Home Health & Senior Care Management—providing one‑on‑one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. You will maintain up‑to‑date charting, communicate effectively with patients, families, and other health providers, and help patients enjoy activities and community life.

• Currently licensed as an RN or LPN in Washington State
• Current CPR certification
• New graduates are welcome

Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours, with flexible scheduling options for part‑time and full‑time roles.
