- Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
- Educate patients and families on the disease process, self‑care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient’s nursing needs.
- Active RN license in Washington/Compact (required)
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Effective problem‑solving and conflict resolution
- Good organization and effective communication
- Home health experience (preferred)
