For over two decades, our hospital has held the distinction of being the leading 24/7 emergency and specialty center in the South Puget Sound region, with a legacy dating back to 1999.

Our highly qualified Blue Pearl Tacoma team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care, available 24/7. We specialize in emergency medicine, dentistry, neurology, oncology, radiology & diagnostic imaging, and surgery. With two Neurologists and two Critical Care Specialists on-site, our 16,000-square-foot facility is equipped with an on-site MRI and CT scanner, marking our distinction as the first private practice in Washington to perform MRIs on veterinary patients.

Additionally, we offer a range of advanced equipment, including arthroscopy, ultrasound, and a fully equipped intensive care unit.

We take pride in providing surgical mentorship, and our ER Clinicians have the opportunity for primary surgical case management, covering common ER surgeries such as enterotomies, splenectomies, C-sections, GDV, pyometra, and more.
