GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage , Starbucks) (T0349) role  Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $19.25 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $19.25 USD - $28.90 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide assistance as needed.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and set up promotional signs for GM areas as directed by leadership.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders, delivery/pickup) while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely; frequently lift or move up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions as required by duties such as Drive-Up or pickup operations.
• Must be able to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
