HVAC Service Technician - REIC Rentals

Your work ensures equipment is safe, reliable, and always customer-ready.

• Prioritize safety-on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rental HVAC equipment in the shop and on job sites
• Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Provide hands-on customer support and basic equipment training
• Document all work thoroughly using modern service systems
• Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime needs

• HVAC education/training preferred: 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, HVAC, field maintenance, or related work OR HVAC Tech School can be used in lieu of 3-5 years experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Proven safety-first mindset in shop and field settings
• Clear communication skills with customers and teammates
• 608 Universal EPA Certification REQUIRED
• Clean driving record and 21+ years of age
• Ability to travel (including overnights) throughout the PNW
