• Prioritize safety on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rental HVAC equipment in the shop and on job sites.
• Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Provide hands‑on customer support and basic equipment training.
• Document all work thoroughly using modern service systems.
• Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime needs.

• HVAC education/training preferred: 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, HVAC, field maintenance, or related work OR HVAC Tech School can be used in lieu of 3-5 years experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Proven safety‑first mindset in shop and field settings.
• Clear communication skills with customers and teammates.
• 608 Universal EPA Certification required.
• Clean driving record and 21+ years of age.
• Ability to travel (including overnights) throughout the PNW.

Salary: $26.00 per hour
