* Join our dynamic surgical team and elevate your nursing career in a vibrant surgical services environment! We are seeking a passionate RN with a wealth of experience in:
- ** Pre-operative Care*
*
- ** Operating Room/Circulator*
*
- ** Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)*
* ** Your Responsibilities:*
* - Deliver direct patient care within the surgical services scope
- Conduct thorough assessments and document care efficiently
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Coordinate patient transfers and recover patients from anesthesia
- Circulate surgical cases and assist with instrument/equipment processing in central sterilizing
- Prepare patients for surgery and provide education
- Collaborate with an exceptional team to maintain high standards of patient care
- Adhere to infection control principles and general department policies
- Follow national standards through IAHCSMM, AORN, ASGE, and ASPAN guidelines

* - A full-time position with a 40-hour work week
- Rotational call on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- General working hours from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with flexible late hours when required
*
* Required Qualifications:
*
* - Active RN license in Colorado
- Minimum of
** 5 years
** of experience in Pre-op, OR, and PACU
- ACLS certification is a must; CNOR certification and scrub experience are preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Physical endurance for long periods of standing and lifting; exposure to potential hazards
