Weekend Baker- Dunkin Donuts

Overview

Travel Centers of America is searching for a dedicated and skilled Weekend Baker to join our dynamic team for the Saturday-Sunday-Monday shift
. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods to ensure that our customers have fresh and delicious options available every morning. If you have a talent for baking and enjoy working during the night, we would love to hear from you!

• Bake a range of items, including donuts, pastries, and desserts, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare and measure all ingredients accurately for each recipe.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering baking supplies as necessary.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of all baked goods and ingredients.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service during morning shifts when interacting with guests and fulfilling special orders.

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role in a food service environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
• Able to work overnight shifts, showcasing reliability and independence.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy baking materials.
• A passion for baking and creativity in developing new products is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, and lift 50lbs with no issues.
