• General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper safety conditions of fresh food and deli products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and perform trash runs.
• Cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and potential leadership roles.
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds; ability to work in various temperatures.
