Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will administer prescribed PTA treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve residents’ mobility and quality of life.
Ideal candidates hold an active Texas PTA license, prior SNF/long-term care experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
