As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
With proper experience our Assistants and General Managers earn $21 to $26 per hour including sick pay, possible vacation pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses!

Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! • Prior leadership experience preferred
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be 18 years or older
