Health, Safety and Environment Leader

Our Felinfach site is undergoing a very large investment As Projects Health & Safety Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all capital projects across the site portfolio are delivered safely and in full compliance with legal and company standards. This includes a wide range of activities such as construction works, civil engineering projects, and the installation of new plant and equipment.

You will act as a key advisor to the projects team, embedding a proactive safety culture across the site.

• Lead health & safety planning and risk assessments for capital projects
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and Arla H&S standards through audits and site inspections
