About the role

We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant within our dedicated ALN team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential, across our 3-19 age range.

Main responsibilities

• Provide support to individual pupils and small groups
• The experience or enthusiasm to upskill to be able to deliver interventions
• Work under the direction of the class teacher to deliver high‑quality learning experiences
• Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment as appropriate to the role
• Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school's values and ethos
• Support the welfare, safety, and inclusion of all learners
• Someone with teaching assistant experience
• Excellent communication skills in a school setting
• A positive, flexible, and team‑focused approach
• Willingness to undertake professional training
• Ability to use Welsh and English
