The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril works across the entire spectrum of products and business lines, as well as all flight operations and test range management. As a Test & Evaluation Engineer you will have a strong passion for planning, executing and reporting of flight test and evaluation activities on uncrewed fixed-wing and multi-rotor aircraft. You will work alongside a team of engineers and operators across the UK and will support test operations of our Group 2/3 surrogate UAS under the guidance of senior team members.

• Under general supervision, you will support test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collect and perform initial test data analysis for the system under test.
• Support software and integration testing of UAS systems, in both simulated and field environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret test data and identify system behaviors, escalating opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements to senior engineers.
• Assist with the use of test ranges and coordination with external agencies to facilitate testing activities.
• Support test site management duties.
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of COTS and bespoke UAS technologies.
• Quick learner with the capacity to accurately implement new concepts and effectively manage project tasks.
• Exposure to designing and executing testing protocols.
• Comfortable with data analysis and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to travel for testing-related activities on an as needed basis.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
• Ability to immediately obtain and maintain a UK security clearance.

• Some experience with UAS design or operational deployment.
• Working knowledge of UAV testing methodologies and data analysis.
• Hold UK General VLOS Certificate.
• Remote pilot experience on VTOL UAS.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Go, Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc
