Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Children’s Residential Accommodation Assistant Manager – within our Children’s Safe Accommodation provision in Ceredigion. These roles will work on a rota cover day and night shifts supporting the needs of the service. These roles will be a fundamental part of a wider team including a Registered Manager, Level 3 – Care and Support workers and Level 2 – Care and Support workers.

- Be a fundamental part of a wider team including a Registered Manager, Level 3 – Care and Support workers and Level 2 – Care and Support workers
- Passionate about promoting a child centred approach to practice
- Solid career history in children’s residential care or similar care and support provision
- Degree of fluency in the Welsh language (non‑Welsh speakers are welcome; funded lessons available post‑appointment)
