Min y Môr Residential Care Home in Lampeter invites applications for a Level 3 Care and Support Worker. The role is part-time (10.5 hours per week) and permanent, with the salary pro-rated according to the 2026/27 national pay award.
You will work with service users who have complex needs, deliver care plans, administer medication, and participate in safeguarding and documentation. A DBS check is required, and as part of safeguarding we assess applicants on a case-by-case basis.
