Senior Packing Operator – Felinfach, Ceredigion
To operate and control the packing process within specified procedures and Critical Process Control Points to support the efficient achievement of the production plan for Felinfach, Ceredigion.

Full-time - 12 hour, days & night shifts
Salary £38,500 per annum

Join our client’s team as a Senior Packing Operator and play a key role in delivering daily production targets while supporting the Packing Lead and wider team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll help keep packing lines running smoothly, maintain high quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities  
Support delivery of daily packing plans
Operate manual and automated packing lines
Complete quality checks, stock records, and production reports
Champion food safety, GMP, hygiene, and H&S standards
Reduce waste and respond quickly to issues
Build strong working relationships across departments  What we’re looking for  
Manufacturing or packing experience (food preferred)
Leadership or supervisor experience essential
A reliable team player with good communication skills
Someone who’s up for a new challenge as this is a new department
Hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure
Comfortable using computer systems
FLT experience helpful (training provided)
Must live within 40 minutes of Felinfach, Ceredigion and have own transport  What's on offer
