Head Receptionist

We are seeking an organised, personable Head Receptionist to join our team at Steffan Veterinary Services on a part-time basis.

Steffan Veterinary Services is a thriving first-opinion mixed practice located in the heart of a charming rural town in West Wales. Our practice ethos revolves around maintaining excellent clinical standards, fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment, and delivering compassionate care to our clients and patients.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

The role is for 30 hours per week, days and times are flexible. A typical working day is 8.30 until
5. There may also be occasional Saturdays to meet the needs of the business.

• * Assisting with practice KPI's
