A leading accountancy and business advisory firm is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to take on a leadership role, manage a diverse client portfolio, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, driving business development opportunities, and supporting the development of team members while ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and advisory services

• Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries.
• Assist in the effective management and running of the audit department.
• Contribute to workflow planning and resource allocation across the team.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Support the firm's strategic growth objectives through business development activities.

• ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong audit experience gained within a professional practice environment.
• Experience managing a portfolio of audit clients.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience auditing clients across a variety of industries and sectors.
• Strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
